the old lady and library.

We live about 4 houses down from our neighborhood library. What a treat. Lily and I walked over there the other day, (well, I walked, Lily strolled) and checked out a book that I'm supposed to read for my new book club.
Some people may be shocked that I am in a book club,
but it's with some cool people in my ward relief society
and I know I should read more than I do.
We'll see how this turns out. I'll keep you posted.
Anyway, it was a lovely visit to the library. I had to laugh though because it's getting kind of chilly here so I bundled lily up...in a blanket and a hat that's way too small.
She looked hilarious...kind of like a little old lady.
She is so bald and little, I wonder if she'll ever grow.
The best part of our visit was signing up for the infant story time. We got into a class that is held 4 times in October. They have story teller that does books, songs, and puppet shows, etc. I'm sure Lily will love it. (if she doesn't, I WILL.)

I'm glad you go to storytime! The gardens here and the library have some, but I stopped going because people look at me funny like where are your kids? When our little guy comes I'll make him come with me--then I'll fit in.
