Remember this?
Remember when we lived in Houston and I made this bread?
Well, tonight I made this
I'm not gonna lie, I haven't made bread that turned out probably since that bread I made in Houston. Too much flour, too little flour, not enough mixing, blah blah blah.

wow. after 3 months of not blogging I'm surprised that this is what you're blogging about!!! I tink the bread looks awesome!! Just slice it up, put it in the toaster, and put lots of butter and jam on it and I bet you'd never know it was floppy bread!
It's been a LONG time since I made bread.
Let's chat soon!
and - i love the pic of lily on the side. so so funny and cute.
I bet it still smelled divine!! I agree with marissa--lots of butter--even without jam turns s0-s0 bread into a yummy delight! Besides, when your apple pie is a record breaker success, who cares about the rest! MMMMmmmm, now that was a treat :)
mmmmm - homemade bread - i wish my house smelled like that right now. (i got a wheat grinder for christmas -yay!- i have big ambitions for this year) your a shining example talane :)
I was thinking it would make yummy french toast. I am still pining for some of your apple pie that I missed. We need some Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthday picture updates, Talane. . . .
Those bread pans look really nice! I think I have one nice one but haven't used it yet so this is inspiring :)
He he that's funny, glad you redeemed yourself.
